Discover the most beautiful slopes in the Adelboden-Lenk ski area in a sociable atmosphere. A good mix of enjoyment, instructive exercises and targeted corrections in groups of 3 - 5 people will bring you to your learning goal with pleasure.

Beginner
Requirements:
- There are no requirements for this level. It is perfect if you are skiing for the first time.
Course content:
- Getting used to skiing
- Driving & braking in plow position
- Taking curves in plow position
- Safe departure in plowing position in the
Practice park
Beginner Plus
Requirements:
- Taking curves in plow position
- Controlled descent in plow position in the practice park
Course content:
- First descent on an easy, blue slope
- Take the elevator
- Safe, smooth descent in plow position on a blue slope
- Parallel ski position between the curves
- Side sliding in parallel ski position
Advanced
Requirements:
- Safe, smooth descent on a blue slope in plow turns (curve
Plow & diagonal drive Parallel)
Course content:
- Parallel turns on a blue slope
- Increase in speed
Advanced Plus
Requirements:
- Parallel turns on a blue slope
Course content:
- Stopping in parallel ski position
- Parallel turns on a red slope

Expert
Requirements:

- IMPORTANT: Please print out the course ticket you have booked online or by phone and present it at the meeting point. Each participant must carry a course ticket with their name and cell phone number!
- Please arrive at the meeting point on time.
- Take a small snack/picnic with you for the break. Drinks are provided by the ski school. Rucksacks can be deposited.
- Warm clothing, dry ski boots and gloves as well as good sunglasses and sunscreen are very important.
- Wearing a helmet is mandatory.
- Write your address in Adelboden and your cell phone number on the back of the ski school ticket.
