PassProtect – For a worry-free winter vacation
The Swiss Ski School Adelboden (SSA) has concluded a collective insurance contract (PassProtect Insurance) with MUTUAIDE ASSISTANCE. All customers who book a course with the SSA are mandatorily co-insured within the scope of this collective contract.
PassProtect offers a refund guarantee for missed lesson times due to illness (with a doctor's note), accident (with a doctor's note), or a ski resort closure due to storm or avalanche danger.
The reimbursements for the above-mentioned coverages will be made pro rata temporis and upon presentation of the original receipts/invoices.
In case of damage, the customer must submit their refund request directly to MUTUAIDE ASSISTANCE within 10 days:
